Michy Batshuayi could be on his way out of Chelsea – despite scoring the goal which clinched the title.
Sub Batshuayi’s late winner at West Brom on Friday night that confirmed the Blues as champions was only his second Premier League goal since a £33million move from Marseille last summer, and the Belgium international still has yet to start a game in the top-flight.
West Ham, who were gazumped by their London rivals for Batshuayi last summer remain keen on the 23-year-old, while Marseille and Monaco are both interested in taking him back to French football.

Chelsea may be reluctant to sanction any move until they know what the future holds with the rest of their strike-force.
We reported two weeks ago that first-choice frontman Diego Costa could be off to the Chinese Super League after being offered a stunning £650,000-a-week deal after tax by mega-rich club Tianjin Quanjian.
Chelsea want to re-sign Stamford Bridge old boy Romelu Lukaku from Everton this summer but could have to pay around £100m to get him.
They may be ready to sell both Costa and Batshuayi to raise the cash for Lukaku.
Blues chiefs are ready to stage a major recruitment drive before the club’s return to the Champions League next season, with Southampton’s centre-back and captain Virgil van Dijk also on their hit-list.
